While I’m sure that many are interested in what the almost $20 million estate looks like, I found a different new listing caught my attention. At less than half the price, the home listed at 00 E. Mountain Road for $9,250,000 is a relative bargain. Active listings: Since April 17th, there have been five new listings created for Montecito property. Some weeks, there are very few listings, and it can be difficult to find a great home to feature here. Other weeks, there are many new listings and narrowing it down to just one or even two can be complicated. This week, however, is different, because, while there are only five new listings, they are all incredible. Despite this, there is one definite stand out. Four of the five new listings are priced between $2,995,000 and $9,475,000. But the Montecito property that we will look at today has been priced at $15,000,000. While the home at 1735 Glen Oaks Drive may be making news across the country as another expensive home of a celebrity being put on the market, for us locals, it is just another day at the office.
