For the week of December 8th, there were five new luxury properties to go on the market in Santa Barbara’s high-end neighborhoods of Montecito and Hope Ranch. This was a quiet week for new listings in Montecito and Hope Ranch with a total of 2 new properties above $2 million going on the market.

"Andalucia" in Montecito
